Seats!

Treated ourselves to some nice new GRP seats from kit parts direct. We ordered 2 seats, 2 harnesses, 2 sets of universal seat runners, 10m of edge trim, front cycle wings and an battery cut off switch. Then when dad went to pick them up managed to get the foam pads cheap too.

Putting the edge trim on wasn't too bad i just had no feeling left in my thumbs when i had finished. Me and mum stuck the foam pads on which was nice and easy just started with the triangle bits and worked down. The pics from kit parts of the foam pads shows the head pad on the other way up but we liked it this way.

We measure the holes on the runners and drilled the holes in the seat braces on the chassis to match then did the same with the runners on the seat. We bolted the harnesses in first because there isnt much room to maneuver once the seats are in. Then we bolted the runners to the seat and bolted them into the car. The seats are actually really comfy not sure i'll be saying that after a long drive but the driving position is great!

Dads also been making the inlet after we decided to re space the bike bodies. Done a really nice job looks really tidy.
